Mr. Ramu Boya began his entrepreneurial journey as early as at the age of 26, With graduation in Chemical Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology (SIT), his vast knowledge and passion to bring revolutions in polymer technology inspired him to make a firm establishment in the industrial market. Setting the milestone with manufacture of industrial tapes and foams such as Fire Retardant, Rebonded, Convoluted, Anti-Static and Conductivity foams, thermal sandwich foams, he set unwavering global standards to exceed the industrial demands streamlining the polymer market.

Mrs. Durga Devi Penukonda is a post graduate in M.sc and M.Phil (Life Sciences) in one of the reputed university and a true visionary who steered the organization with a zeal to achieve the extraordinary support, a vast growth in terms of operations and manpower and bringing in the best of corporate culture, digitalizing and on-line marketing in the organization.

1999

Started manufacturing of specialty Self Adhesive Tapes.

2006

Neo-stik Tapes started processing of PU Foam.

2010

Neo-Stik Tapes set its foot in manufacturing of PU Foams with in a 6,000 sq.ft factory and office premises in Hesarghatta, Bangalore.

2012

Neostik Tapes sets to manufacture of Profile Foams, Antistatic and Fire Retardant Foams.

2015

Neo-Stik set its footsteps into the commercial sector with its ground-breaking innovation through foam mattresses and bedding accessories – NeoRest, with expansion across 40,0000 sq.ft plant with a full fledged production and specific process.

2018

Neo-Stik further expanded its operations through the establishment of a corporate office at one of the prime locations in Bangalore in the year 2018 to standardize the corporate culture within the organization.

2020
